AI is all the rage; but, there are few resources available for product leaders like you to learn how to successfully conduct research and validation of new AI ideas.  We developed a framework to guide our (and our client’s) teams on AI product efforts, from ideation to launch.   Tim Froemling  is a consultant at Synaptiq. He is a product leader with over 20 years experience in market research and product management and has led innovation teams to create successful new products including Vitae, the 'LinkedIn for Higher Ed'. He is an expert in the Lean Launchpad methodology that is commonly used by startups and innovation teams and helped Synaptiq create their strategy for validating AI products.

He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP and has over 20 years experience as a management consultant and technology product leader at startups and public companies. Most recently, Stephen was CTO and VP of Product at three innovative SaaS-based product companies using big data, machine learning, mobile and cloud technologies.

He has over 25 years of experience as a researcher and practitioner in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He's published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers on topics such as time series analysis, sequence mining, natural language processing, relational and graph mining, medical informatics, and machine vision.
