AI is all the rage; but, there are few resources available for product leaders like you to learn how to successfully conduct research and validation of new AI ideas. We developed a framework to guide our (and our client’s) teams on AI product efforts, from ideation to launch. It comprises six main areas: Strategy, Humans, Methods, Models, Machines, and Communications. In this session, we’ll walkthrough what we've learned researching and validating AI product ideas using this framework as the backdrop.
